Clearwater Beach has to be my favorite! It has the most beautiful white sand. It feels like powdered sugar between your toes and truely is a clear water beach. There are magnificent Hi-Rise Properties for a second home or primary residence. If you like to be pampered, a condo hotel environment might be for you. If it is privacy you want, there are several Hi-Rise properties with guarded gates, offering direct beach access or intercoastal boat access.
There are terrific opportunities to build a new home on the beach or just walking distance from it, in the single family home section.
